Va., Feb 22-Patrick Raphael Dugan, 49, died early Sunday morning at Potomac Valley Hospital following a heart attack suffered at his home on Gilmore street. A son of the late Michael and Margaret (Ward) Dugan, he was born and reared here and was a B. & O. boilermaker by occupation. He was a member of the Catholic Church of the Assumption and the Holy Name Society. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mabel (Montgomery) Dugan; two sons, Raphael and Edmund Dugan, Elkins; four daughters, Misses Mary Katherine, Theresa and Patricia, Richmond, Va., and Rosemary, Elkins; three brothers, Thomas L. Dugan, Cumberland; Michael Dugan, North Vernon, Ind.; Edmund Dugan, Keyser, and four sisters, Mrs. P. H. Curley, Parkersburg; Mrs. W. J. Laffey, Mrs. James Deegan and Miss Edith Dugan, Keyser."
