Fair - Cecil J. Fair, 75, of 147 Main Street, Ridgeley, died yesterday at Sacred Heart Hospital where he had been admitted July 18. A native of Mr. Savage, he was a son of the late George B. and Ella N. (Hutzell) Fair. He was a retired Republic Steel Company employe. He was a member of the United Methodist Church. Surviving are his widow, Viola R. (Trent) Fair; three daughters, Mrs. Ellanora Dawson, Ridgeley; Miss Ruth U. Fair, at home, and Mrs. Jean A. Hoffmaster, Carpenters Addition; a son, Charles B. Fair, Ridgeley; four sisters, Mrs. Dulcie Stark, Frostburg; Mrs. Louise Rena, Pittsburgh, Pa.; Mrs. Ida Hadra, St. Petersburg, Fla., and Mrs. Arvada Paul, Mt. Savage, and six grandchildren. The body is at the George Funeral Home where friends will be received from 7 until 9 p.m. today and from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m. tomorrow. Services will be conducted Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home by Rev. Ronald R. Winterberg, pastor of Calvary United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
