"Mrs. O'Toole was one of the oldest residents of Beaver county and is survived 
by six daughters and two sons, 90 grandchildren, 85 great grandchildren, and 
one great great grandchild, making 176 descendants in all. During the life of 
Mrs. O'Toole and her residence with her daughter, Mrs. Mary Atkinson, five 
generations were living under one roof at 115 Spring street. The daughters are 
Mrs. Mary Ann Atkinson, of Woodlawn, Mrs. Bridget Douglas, of Butte City, 
Montana; Mrs. D. A. Hart of Omaha, Neb., Mrs. Julia Putt of Saxon, Pa.; Mrs. 
Thomas O'Connor of Omaha, Neb.; Mrs. Winifred Mills of Westernport, Ind. (sic-
should be Md.) The sons are A. J. Donahue of Omaha, Neb., and Patrick Donahue 
of Lanaconing (sic-should be Lonaconing), Md. Funeral arrangements will not be 
made until the arrival of daughters and sons of the deceased from Omaha, Neb., 
which may be Wednesday or Thursday. Deceased was a member of the Roman Catholic 
church from childhood. Interment is to take place in Turtle Creek cemetery, 
Braddock "
