To eldest son Robert and heirs, plantation and "Island Neck".
To dau Mary Letchworth and to her first born child, personalty.
To 2nd son Clarke and heirs, "The Border", and "The Reserve" and "The
Scraps".
To 3rd son William and heirs, "The Hatchet" on Patuxent River.
To youngest son Adderton and heirs "The Reserve".
To 3 last named sons at majority personalty.
To wife Anne, personalty.
Son Robert appointed guardian of 3 young sons. Should he die, 2 sons in law
Thomas Greenfield and Joseph Letchworth to act in his stead.
