Item. I give and devise to my Daughter Mary one half part of my personal property that I may die possessed of and also one half part of the money due to me from the Administration of my brother Jonathan or from any other Person, I also give my said Daughter Mary all my wearing apparel. Item. I give and devise the other half part of my Personal property that I shall die possessed of or in any way doe to me or hereafter to become due to me be equally divided between my two youngest children Tilton & Joseph Newcome I also give my aforesaid Daughter my Large Bible, Prayer Book and six silver tea spoons and Lastly I do nominate & appoint my Unc{l}e John Gibson my sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, Signed, sealed and acknow ledged this 22d day of February seventeen hundred and Eighty five, In the presence of Henry Banning Ann Newcome [seal] Joseph Larremore Talbot County sct } 6 December 1785 Henry Banning the 6{th} December 1785} Then came Henry Banning one of the subscribing Witnesses to the within Last Will & Testament of the Ann Newcome Late of the said County Deceased and made oath on the Holy Evangels of Alm ighty God that he saw the Testatrix herein named sign and seal this will and that he heard her publish pro nounce and declare the same to be her Last will & Testament that at the time of her so doing she was to the best of his Apprehension of sound & disposing mind Memory & understanding and that he with Joseph Larremore the other subscribing witness respectively subscribed their names as witnesses to the will in the Presence and at the request of the Testatrix & in the Presence of each other __ Certified ?
