He married an Anna Mary ARENDT on 22 December 1881 in PA according to the family Bible. She was the daughter of George Washington ARENDT and Matilda KEAFAUVER BEECHER ARENDT of Adams Co., PA. Edward Lamar KELLEY and his wife Anna Mary ARENDT KELLEY had 11 children. The first two children George Franklin KELLEY and Tillie R. KELLEY were born in Franklin Co., PA at Greencastle, not too far north of Clear Springs, MD. I would like to find other researchers of KELLEYs in Washington Co., MD including those that are in locations other than Clear Spring in Washington County. I would also be interested in learning what church records may exist for the area of Clear Spring or any pastors/ministers records that would have been kept due to visits to the area inthe 1860's. I would like to learn about the nature of Irish migration to the area and the impact of the Civil War on the community of Clear Spring and Washington Co. at large. ------- NAME: K Moser EMAIL:KMoser1086@aol.com DATE: Wednesday, March 5, 1997 QRYTEXT:Looking for information on the DORSEY or WILLIAMS families, specifically: Arah DORSEY b. abt 1743 of Washington, MD m. abt 1756 Basil Lee WILLIAMS of Washington MD b. abt 1740 of Washington MD They had a son, Lawrence WILLIAMS b. 28 Feb 1758 Hagerstown, Washington, MD.
