He is a graduate of Coleman's Business College, Centenary Collegiate Institute, at Hackettstown, N.J., and of Drew Theological Seminary. His conversion occurred in October, 1884, and he joined the Church in the following year. On July 5, 1894, he married Miss Celinda Hudeman, of Morristown, N.J. He became a member of this Conference in 1895, and has served the following charges: 1895, Flemingville; 1896-98, Le Raysville; 1899- 1902, Salem; 1903, Sanitaria Springs.
