Peter R. Noel

The Grand Rapids (Mich.) Democrat says: Peter R. Noel, who resided in Wyoming 
township for over forty years, died while visiting his daughter at 271 Indiana 
street, West Side, last Saturday evening.  The funeral took place from St. 
Andrew's cathedral at 9 o'clock yesterday morning.

Mr. Noel above referred to was the father of our groceryman, Mr. P. J. Noel., 
and was born in Oxford township this county.  He removed to Michigan in 1854.
