Miss Phoebe Eckard, aged 52 years, is dead at the home of her sister, Mrs. Chris
Rhines, 120 Sarah street, South Side. She contracted a cold while attending a
funeral of her brother, Louis Eckard, last Monday, and pneumonia set in. Miss
Eckard was well known on the South Side and is survived by four sisters, Mrs.
Rhines, Mrs. Gustave Blum, Mrs. Philip Weber and Mrs. Fred Restner.
