Tampa Bay Times Sat Feb 22 1958 
Clyde W. Forsha, age 76, husband of Lillian A Forsha, passed away Thursday,
February 20, at his residence, He resided at 4301 9th Avenue North, coming here
eight years ago from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Besides his wife, Mr. Forsha is
survived by two brothers, Harvey L., and Lloyd Forsha, both of St. Petersburg.
Friends may call at Rhodes Funeral Home, 635 Fourth Street North, where services
be conducted by the Rev. Vaughn Johnson, Saturday afternoon, February 22 at 3:30
o'clock. Interment will be in Reading. Pennsylvania. Friends are requested to
omit flowers and make contributions to the Cancer Fund.
