George Schragl, aged 20, of 337 Fifth ave., Homestead, died yesterday afternoon
at the West Penn Hospital. He was born in Shoefly hollow, Mifflin township, a
son of Mr. and Mrs. John Schragl. His father is prominent in fraternal societies
of Homestead, where he had resided for the past three years. He was employed in
the mills in Homestead. A younger brother, who was struck by an automobile in
Homestead last September, was only discharged from a hospital last Thursday. Mr.
Schragl was a member of St. Mary Magdalen's Catholic church, Homestead. His
parents, three sisters, Sophia, Julia and Hilda, and three brothers, John,
Albert and Clarence, survive.
