Barr of Collins township Allegheny County and State of Pennsylvania being weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding Do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner & form following: First: It is my will that all debts & funeral expenses be paid as soon as practical after my decease: Item; I give and devise to my beloved wife Elizabeth Jane, All the rest residue & remainder of my estate real personal and mixed to be used and expended by her as she may think proper for her own comfort & support and for the support and education of my minor children by my said wife viz: Mary Margaret and William Wilkinson confiding fully in my said wife that she will manage my small property to the best advantage for the purpose above set forth And lastly I do nominate and appoint my father in law George Wilkinson of the same township Executor of this my will, hereby revoking all other Wills legacies & bequests by me formerly made Witness my hand and seal this 16th day of December A. D. 1865 Signed Sealed & published James F.
