I, Harvey A. Lowry, of Pittsburgh, Allegheny, Pa. being of sound mind...wills 
heretofore made by me. 1. Bills & funeral expenses paid. 2 Synopsis. He gives 
his children by his first wife, Clara White Lowry, $10.00 each. Property he 
now has was with his second wife, Amelia Fox Lowry. 3. Synopsis. 3rd and 
present wife, Lesta V. Lowry, nothing. prenup signed in Chicago, Il 1933.
4. Sysnopsis. Daughters of 2nd wife, Jane and Mildred Lowry get remainder of 
estate, share and share alike to be held intact until Mildred Lowry reaches 21 
years old.

Additional Comments:
Harvey Alexander Lowry was the direct decendent of the late Mayor (1864-1866), 
James Lowry Jr. Jane was my aunt and Mildred was my mother. This is a 
form/handwritten will.
