Will of JAMES ROBINSON written March 20, 1850; recorded August 5, 1850 This is the Last Will and Testament of James Robinson, a citizen of Versailles Township, Allegheny County, and State of Pennsylvania, made on the Twentieth day of March, In the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and Fifty. Being weak in Body, yet sound in Mind, I Leave and Bequeath at my Decease, My House and Lot. Supposed to contain Six Acres, Be they more or Less, Which are situated in the above mentioned Places, To My Wife Jane Robinson, during Her natural Lifetime. And provided the proceeds of the above mentioned House & Lot are not sufficient to support Her Comfortably during Her Lifetime, She is at Liberty to Sell and Dispose of the Said House & Lot for that Purpose, and I do also Appoint Her to Wind Up the State of my affair, and Pay my Just Debts at Her own Disposal. And Provided the above mentioned Property, be not Sold, for the purpose of Maintenance, I Leave & Bequeath at the Death of My Wife, the aforesaid House & Lot, to Miss Jane Bowers, who is a Daughter of Benjamin Bowers, formerly a Resident of this State, but now in the State of Ohio.
