Report of the Visiting Committee, House of Refuge for Western Pennsylvania at 
Morganza, Pa.: Henry Kimberlin, aged 10 years, committed by Victor Scriba , 
Justice of the Peace of Reserve Township, Allegheny County, on the oath of his 
mother, Elizabeth Hughes, and Mayrett (? - overwritten) Bates for being 
incorrigible and vicious, running away from home.  Recommend him as a fit 
subject for discipline of the House.
