She was born March 10, 1931, in Altoona, the daughter of Henry H. and Ethel Mabel (Henry) Bare. She married James E. Ansman July 31, 1952, in Cumberland, Md. He died Feb. 5, 1981. Mrs. Ansman was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. She retired as a teacher from Our Lady of Mount Carmel School in 1993. Surviving are four daughters: Darlene Jo Craver of Buffalo, N.Y.; B. Gail Martynuska of Altoona, Deborah J. of Fairfax, Va., and Wendy D. of Alexandria, Va.; two sons: James H. and Jon E., both of Altoona; two sisters: Edith M. Comer of Indian Harbor Beach, Fla., and Bessie McGonegal of Hollidaysburg; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. ANSMAN -- Services for Marjorie Ellen Ansman of 1209 Walton Ave. will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., Juniata, by the Rev. Vance Hart. Interment at Alto-Reste Park. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 10 a.m. until the time of services Wednesday at the funeral home. Altoona Mirror, Monday, March 25, 1996
