Barron, aged nearly 70 years. The deceased had been a member of the Presbyterian Church for almost 55 years, and during that long period exemplified her profession by the consistency of a daily life and conversation. Although the summons came suddenly, we have reason to believe that she was not unprepared for it having had her lamp so long trimmed and burning, and waiting patiently for the coming of the bridegroom. She leaves two sons, J. P. Barron and W. H. Barron, Esq's., among our most worthy citizens, with other relatives and numerous friends, to lament her sudden removal, but realizing that their loss is her eternal gain. May they all live as she lived, and finally meet her on the other side. - Pleasant Hill, Mo. Dispatch 20th ult. (Mrs. Barron was the mother of Rev. D. H. Barron, of Hollidaysburg,) The Register, Hollidaysburg, Pa., Wednesday, June 2, 1875
