DEAD -  Charles Biddle, a member of Capt. Crozier's "Sharp Shooters", 
died of typhus fever on the 22nd ult. His remains were interred in the 
Soldiers' Home Cemetery, Washington City. He was a faithful soldier and 
highly esteemed by his comrades in arms. His family resides near this 
place.
