MRS. SARAH H. BLACK

  Mrs. Sarah H. Black, wife of John Black, died at her home in the 
DeLena apartments, Chestnut avenue between Tenth and Eleventh streets, 
of apoplexy at 7:40 o'clock Friday evening.  Deceased was the daughter 
of Allen and Martha McGlathery and was born in Logan township.  She was 
a woman of sterling Christian character and a lifelong member of the 
Presbyterian church.  She is survived by her husband and one sister, 
Miss Belle McGlathery.  The funeral will take place from her late 
residence Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock.  Interment in Fairview 
cemetery.  Friends are requested to omit flowers.
