MRS. NANCEY BYERS.

  At 11:30 o'clock yesterday morning Mrs. Nancy Byers, wife of F. N. Byers, 
died at her home at Henrietta, aged about 48 years.  Some three weeks ago 
she was stricken with paralysis from which she did not rally, and on last 
Tuesday evening had a second stroke, which resulted in her death at the time 
above mentioned.  She was an excellent woman, good neighbor, affectionate 
wife and mother.  She is survived by her husband and two daughters - Mrs. 
John Higgins, of Duncansville, and Miss Ella Byers at home.  The funeral 
will take place Monday morning at 10.30 o'clock.
