Franklin DeArment.

  At 4 o'clock Saturday morning Franklin DeArment died at his home, No. 
2104 Sixth avenue.  He was born in Huntingdon county August 5, 1834, 
and was 56 years, 10 months and 8 days of age.  He leaves a wife, three 
sons and one daughter.  For many years he was a member of the Simpson 
Methodist Episcopal church, and was also a member of White Cross Lodge 
No. 354 Knights of Pythias.  The funeral took place this afternoon at 
1:45 o'clock, the interment being made in Fairview cemetery.
