MRS. JANE FECHTER.

  Mrs. Jennie Fechter, of 1305 Sixteenth street, died at her home at 9 
o'clock Sunday morning of peritonitis.  She was taken sick last Tuesday 
and grew gradually worse until death relieved her of her sufferings.  
Deceased was a daughter of David and Mary A. Miller, of this city.  She 
was born in Altoona on the 13th day of May, 1859, and was consequently 
aged 29 years, 10 months and 11 days at the time of her death.  She was 
married about six years ago and is survived by her husband and three 
children; also four sisters and three brothers.  She was a consistent 
member of the First Lutheran church and was a constant attendant when 
her health would permit.
