ANNETTA P. EDWARDS

  Mrs. Edwards, 72, of 801 6th Ave., formerly of 301 Pine Ave., died at 
3:45 a.m. today, May 5, 1983, in Altoona Hospital.
  She was born May 13, 1910, in Blair County, the daughter of M. H. and 
Cora (Knepper) Glass, and April 6, 1930, in Blair County, married 
Lawrence Edwards, who died Nov. 27, 1970.
  Surviving are two children:  Robert D. of Normal, Ill., and Mrs. 
Norma J. Lear of Altoona; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
  Also surviving are a brother and sister:  Burton of Shippensburg and 
Mrs. Irma Covell of Cleveland, Ohio.
  Mrs. Edwards was a member of the Independent Bible Church.
  Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Gilden Barton 
Funeral Home.

EDWARDS - Services for Annetta P. Edwards of 801 6th Ave. will be held 
at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Gilden Barton Funeral Home, by Pastor 
Richard C. St. Jock. Interment in Alto-Reste Park. Friends will be 
received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
