MRS. IDA MAY GLASS

  Mrs. Ida May Glass, wife of Emanuel Glass, and daughter of Adam and 
Mary Leidy, died Thursday, October 24, at the Nason hospital, Roaring
Spring, from influenza and pneumonia.  She was aged 33 years, 11
months and 23 days.
  Besides her parents she leaves to mourn her departure, her husband, 
Emanuel Glass, six children, and two sisters, Hannah at home and
Elizabeth Settle of rural route Martinsburg.
  She was a member of the Church of the Brethren.  Being of a quiet 
disposition she bore the burdens of life without murmuring, or
complaining. Interment was made Saturday in the Holsinger cemetery
near Baker's Summit, Bedford county.
