DEATH OF A CHILD.

  Mary Haverty, daughter of Martin [and] Kate (deceased) Haverty, of 
this city, died at 2 o'clock yesterday morning at the Rosalia Foundling 
asylum, Pittsburg, of marasmus, aged 2 months and 7 days.  The remains 
were brought to this city on eastern express last night and taken to 
the home of the father, 1507 Twelfth avenue.  The funeral will take 
place this afternoon at 4 o'clock; interment in Calvary cemetery.
