HETRICK

  Miss Bertha Hetrick, aged 15, died at the Nason hospital last night 
at 6:15.  Her death was the result of burns received March 30 when she 
accidentally upset an oil lamp, receiving first degree burns from the 
hips to the ankles.  Miss Hetrick was at the time employed by a Mr. 
Defibaugh near Salemville, Bedford county, and she had suffered 
terribly since the accident.  She was the daughter of Mrs. Salome 
Hetrick of New Enterprise, who survives her.  The body was prepared for 
burial by Undertaker Grant Hite and will be taken to her late home 
tomorrow.
