Death of Miss Tillie Kimmel.

Miss Tillie Kimmel, daughter of Mail Carrier John and Mrs. Catherine
Kimmel, died at the home of the parents, 1408 Second avenue, at 12.30
o'clock this morning of bowel trouble, after a lingering illness
covering a period of seven months, the last six weeks of which she was
confined to her bed.  Deceased was born in Altoona, May 5, 1883.  She
was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church and was a very estimable
young lady.  She was beloved and esteemed in a wide circle of friends,
by whom the news of her death will be received with regret and sorrow.
Beside her parents she is survived by one sister, Mrs. Charles Leidy,
of Altoona, and one brother, Edgar, at home.  The funeral will
probably take place Saturday morning.
