KOUGH - In this city, on April 28, Sarah Catharine Kough, aged 4 years, 
10 months and 10 days.
  The funeral will take place this (Thursday) afternoon at 3 o'clock 
from the parents' residence, Twelfth avenue and Twenty-second street.
