KYPER.

  Mrs. Mary E. Kyper of 307 East Sixth avenue died Sunday afternoon at 
2 o'clock of pneumonia.  She was born Oct. 21, 1842, at Alexandria, 
Huntingdon county, and was the daughter of Ephraim and May Thompson.  
Two daughters, Laura and May, both at home, and a brother, Daniel 
Thompson of Philadelphia, survive.  She was a member of the First 
Baptist church.  Private funeral services will be held at the home this 
afternoon at 2.30 and will be conducted by her pastor, Rev. Clayton 
Grinnell; interment at Rose Hill.
