All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ _________________________________________ Blair Lewis Blair Lewis, a former Tyrone and Bald Eagle Valley boy died at the home of his brother, George Lewis, at Orchard Crossing on Sunday morning at nine o'clock of a complication of diseases. Deceased was a son of the late Miles and Eliza Lewis, of Bald Eagle, where the son was born about 39 years ago. After spending his boyhood days in this vicinity, he went to Pittsburgh where he entered the electrical business, remaining in the smoky city seven years. He then located to Chicago where he had been twelve years, or up until he became ill five months ago. Surviving to mourn his passing are the following brother and sisters: George of Orchard Crossing; Mrs. Laura Harner [Hamer] of Osceola Mills; and Mrs. Sallie Cartwright of Sandy Ridge. Funeral services will be held at the home of George Lewis at Orchard Crossing on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Internment at Bald Eagle cemetery.
