All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/blair/ Dean McCormick, aged 31 years, son of Mr. and Mrs. William McCormick, of Sinking Valley, died at the home of his wife's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Longwell, 319 Crawford avenue, Altoona, at 5.20 this morning of hemorrhages of the lungs, caused by an accident received while at work in the railroad shops three years ago. The young man is survived by his wife, Louise Longwell McCormick and one son, Eugene, and his parents. The funeral cortege will leave the Longwell home at 1.30 Sunday afternoon and proceed to the Lutheran church in Sinking Valley where services will be conducted by Rev. Walter K. Harnish.
