VERDICT RENDERED. Conclusion Reached by the Jury in the McGregor Death. After several meetings the jury empanneled to investigate into the causes leading to the fatal accident to Harry McGregor last night rendered the following verdict: "Death was caused by an accident resulting from carelessness and the jury find that Harry McGregor came to his death on the evening of November 8, 1899, at 8.25 o'clock in the Pennsylvania railroad yards in Altoona, Blair county, Pa., through the negligence of the Pennsylvania Railroad company officials not affording proper protection while dropping down freight trains through the yards of said company."
