Mrs. Mary McKinley, wife of Charles McKinley, a retired Pennsylvania railroad machinist and cornetist in the Altoona City band, died at 3 o'clock Saturday at the home of her son, John H. McKinley, 511 Second street, of pneumonia, after a week's illness. Mrs. McKinley was in her 78th year and enjoyed good health during her lifetime. Last summer she fell from the porch at her home and sustained a fracture of the shoulder. Despite her advanced age the fracture healed without any complications resulting. She was born in London, England, on March 26, 1838. She was married in England to Mr. McKinley, her maiden name being Miss Mary Williams. She is survived by her husband and one son, John. She was an Episcopalian by faith. The funeral will be held this afternoon at 2.30 o'clock with services at the house. Interment will be made in Rose Hill cemetery.
