He was born July 15, 1951 in Philipsburg a son of Boyd and Naomi (Ike) Moore. On February 18,1973, in Tyrone, he married Mary D. DiDomenico. Surviving is his wife; three sons: Heath, Ian and Seth, of Tyrone; his parents, of Tyrone; a sister, Sharon Tennis and husband, Bill, of Allentown; a brother, David and wife, Marsha, of Tyrone; his father- inlaw, Joseph DiDomenico, of Grazierville, and a special friend, Carrie Irwin, whom he loved like a daughter. Mr. Moore was employed at Westvaco, Tyrone, as a power house engineer for 21 years. He had attended Grazierville United Methodist Church, had been a member of the Pennsylvania National Guard, Tyrone Bassmasters, was a manager of the Tyrone Little League and the VFW Teener League, a coach in Tyrone Youth Football and was president of Tyrone YMCA wrestling. He was a 1969 graduate of Tyrone Area High School. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and hunting. He particularly enjoyed his quality time walking in the woods with his dogs, Shiloh, Sadie, Vinnie and Roscoe. Funeral services will be held Monday December 17, 2001 at 11 a.m. at the Bald Eagle United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Jay E. Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Bald Eagle Cemetery.
