Moyer died at his residence, corner of Fourteenth street, and Seventh avenue, very suddenly, at 4 1/2 o'clock this morning. Coroner Humes was summoned who empanelled a jury. The verdict was death from epileptic convulsions and hemorrhage of the lungs. Mr. Moyer was aged about fifty-six years and was a soldier in Co. F, 4th Pa. cavalry. He will be buried to-morrow at 3 o'clock, with the honors of war.
