He was born in Carson valley on Feb. 11, 1866, a son of Samuel and Frances (Koon) Otto. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Alfretta (Myers) Otto, two sons and one daughter, Edward and Louis Otto of Pinecroft and Mrs. C.W. Delaney of this city; three brothers and three sisters, D.W. Otto of Grazierville, James and Samuel of Tipton, Mrs. Harry Reigh of Williamsburg, Mrs. J.W. Fogle of Altoona and Miss Dora Otto of Tipton. Mr. Otto was a member of the Pinecroft Evangelical church and was a blacksmith by occupation. Funeral services for the late Edward Blair Otto will be conducted at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the home, 320 South Third street, Bellwood. Interment will be made in Greenwood cemetery.
