Death of an Aged Lady.

Mrs. Elizabeth Phillips, an aged lady, died at the residence of her
son-in-law, Mr. Bernard Cochrane, Sunday morning.  Mrs. Phillips was
the mother of Mrs. Cochrane, Mrs. John Rourke and of Mrs. Brannan, of
this city, and a son resides in California.  He paid a visit to this
city last winter to see his mother, as she had been in failing health
for a long time.
