ELIZABETH PIZAR 

  Elizabeth "Betty" Pizar, 81, of Vero Beach, Fla. died Feb. 22, 2004, 
at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach, after a prolonged illness.
  She was born July 21, 1922 in Johnstown, the daughter of Modestus J. 
and Thelman Wirtner.
  She attended St. Matthew's Catholic School and graduated from Tyrone 
High School Class of 1942.
  Surviving are two daughters, Nancy Errett of Vero Beach, and 
Jacqueline Flatow of Jacksonville, Fla.; one brother, Richard Wirtner 
of the Veteran's Home, Hollidaysburg; one sister, Phyllis Johnson of 
Tyrone; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
  A private memorial service was held in Vero Beach.
