SHANK Formerly of 1532 Pleasant Valley boulevard, died at 5.50 o'clock this morning at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Violet P. Corbin of 2622 Dysart avenue, after an extended illness. He was born in Carrolltown April 19, 1857, a son of Francis and Theresa (Walters) Shank, and was a retired teamster. His wife, Mrs. Luluach (Robison) Shank, died nine years ago. Mr. Shank was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Carrie A. Shank and Mrs. Corbin, both of the city, and five grandchildren. Mr. Shank was the last member of a family of 10. Friends will be received at the N. A. Stevens mortuary after 7 o'clock this evening.
