ELEANOR W. SHAW

  Mrs. Shaw, 75, of Country Manor Apartments, Duncansville, died 
unexpectedly at 6:34 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 1992, at Mercy Hospital.
  She was born May 7, 1916, in Houtzdale, the daughter of Henry Ambrose 
and Janette (Mayhue) Sharpless. She married Lewis F. Shaw on Oct. 29, 
1934, in Altoona. He died Aug. 3, 1967.
  Surviving are six children: Boyd A. and Leona Lanzendorfer of East 
Freedom, Barbara Young of Clarks Summit, Shirley Walters and Naomi 
Gensamer of Duncansville and Wayne of Martinsburg; nine grandchildren 
and eight great-grandchildren.
  Mrs. Shaw was a member of Berean Baptist Church, Duncansville.
  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at 
Donald E. Liebegott Funeral Home, Duncansville.

SHAW - Services for Eleanor W. Shaw of Country Manor Apartments, 
Duncansville, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Berean Baptist 
Church, Duncansville, by the Rev. Barry L. Fry. Interment at Dry Run 
Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday 
at Donald E. Liebegott Funeral Home Inc., Duncansville.
