DEATH OF A CHILD.

  Elwood Franklin, the infant son of George S. and Mary Louise Spicer, of 
2231 Columbia avenue, died at 10:30 o'clock on Thursday evening of congenital 
atelactasis.  The child was aged one day and was one of the twins born on 
Wednesday.  Interment will be made in Grandview cemetery today.
