Stiffler, retired farmer of Puzzletown, Blair county, died at 12:10 o'clock Saturday evening [January 10, 1925] at the home of his niece, 1521 Eleventh street, death being attributed to uremic poisoning. The deceased was born in Puzzletown, June 1, 1852. His wife preceded him to the grave about 20 years ago. He is survived by three sons, and two daughters: Frank, Ralph and Clyde Stiffler, all of this city, Mrs. Maude Webb, of Duncansville, and Mrs. Bertha **nier, of Bakerton. One brother, Joseph Stiffler, and one sister, Mrs. Della Seese, of Altoona, also survive. The body has been removed to Gilcon's funeral home, where services will be conducted at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning. The cortege will proceed to Puzzletown for interment.
