Weierick, 90, of the Pennsylvania House, Apt. 110, Tyrone, died Monday, Feb. 13, 1995, at her residence. She was born May 9, 1904, in Tyrone, a daughter of Ralph and Ella (Cupp) Dean. On Oct. 1, 1923, in Cumberland, MD, she was married to Chester L. Weierick, who preceded her in death on Jan. 6, 1980. She is survived by a daughter, Betty Long, Salt Lake City, Utah; two grandsons, Dave and Richard Long, Salt Lake City, Utah; three great-grandchildren: Jason, Courtney and Kayla Long, all of Salt Lake City, UT; a sister, Catherine Bennett, Tyrone; and a brother, Daniel Dean, Warriors Mark. Also surviving are a sister-in-law, Eva Treaster and a nephew, Bob Treaster. She was preceded in death by five brothers, three sisters and a half-brother. She was a member of the Grazierville United Methodist Church, the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society and the AARP. Funeral service will be held Friday, Feb. 17,1995, at 2 p.m. at the Feller Memorial Home with the Reverend Dale E. Parker officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery, Tyrone, Pa. Friends will be received today from 7- 9 p.m. at the Feller Memorial Home and on Friday from 1 p.m. until the hour of the service.
