Williams, a former resident of Williamsburg, died in Clappertown on Friday afternoon, June 4, in his 42d year. Mr. Williams had been complaining for some time past, and passed away quite suddenly. He asked for a drink of water, and on rising to take it, immediately fell back in his bed and expired. Drs. White and Arnold did a post mortem on Saturday. They found the underlying cause of his malady to be Bright's disease of the kidneys, which superinduced other affections - dropsy on the chest and disease of the heart. On the inside the heart had grown a leather-like excrescence of considerable length and width. Mr. Williams was a good citizen, respectably connected, and will mourned by a large circle of friends.
