Miss Mary C. Yeigh   

Miss Mary Catherine Yeigh,  Lutheran Children's Home, Lloysburg, Pa., died 
last evening at 6:30 o'clock at the home of her mother. Mrs. Catherine Yeigh, 
230 East Twelfth street, following an illness of six months from a heart 
condition.. She had been a patient in the Carlisle hospital for three weeks, 
coming to Tyrone two weeks ago.  She was born June 10, 1908, in Tyrone the 
daughter of D. C. and Catherine Wertz Yeigh.   Surviving are the mother, a 
sister, Mrs. Frances Corless, Schnectady, N. Y.  and a number of uncles and 
aunts.  She was a member of  the First Lutheran church, of  Woman's Missionary 
Society, of the
Tyrone Chapter W.C.T.U.. and when in Tyrone,  taught in the Sunday  School for 
a number of years.  She had been employed as a house mother in the Lutheran 
Children's Home.  Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 
o'clock in the First Lutheran church in charge of the Rev. Henry G. Springer.  
Burial will be in Grandview cemetery.  Friends will be received at the home 
until 11 o'clock Friday morning, when the body will be taken to the church.
