The marriage ceremony was performed on New Year's day in the chapel of the British embassy, Constantinople, Turkey. The bride was given away by Mr. Ravndal, consul general to Turkey. Mr. Ravndal's daughter and Miss Wentzel are bosom friends. They first met at Constantinople college where both the Ravndals and Miss Wentzel has been teaching for the past year. Mr. Ravndal was American consul to Nantes, France, in 1917-18. Their honeymoon will be spent in Egypt where Miss Wentzel taught in the Mission school in Cairo for four years. Mr. Kellick is a captain in the British army and is stationed at general headquarters, Constantinople, where they will live temporarily. Miss Wentzel has been working with the Near East relief in Constantinople since the close of the school term in June. Altoona Mirror, Wednesday, January 5, 1921
