C. L. Ehrenfeld, Mr. G. S. Mitchell of Leavenworth, Kansas to Miss Mollie Stifler, daughter of Jno. H. Stifler of Allegheny township, this county. The Register, Hollidaysburg, Pa., Wednesday, January 11, 1871 Celebration of a Wedding Anniversary. A pleasant affair occurred at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. G. S. Mitchell, who reside in that portion of Altoona known as Millville, on Friday evening last, the occasion being the tenth anniversary of their wedding. After a large company of relatives and friends had assembled the marriage ceremony was duplicated in a happy manner, Rev. Dr. A. K. Bell, of this city, officiating. After congratulations had been showered upon the doubly-wedded in which the guests wishes the bride and groom all manner of happiness for another decade, all present sat down to an elegant collation. The tables were resplendent with china, glass and queensware, and the viands palatable and liberally dealt with. The presents of glassware and tinware were numerous, ornamental and useful.
