PHILLIPS - MILLER.

  Miss Florence Elizabeth Miller, eldest daughter of Police Lieutenant 
and Mrs. B. F. Miller, of 2519 Eighth avenue, and Frank R. H. Phillips, 
of Lima, Ohio, were married at Lima, at 6 o'clock Wednesday evening.  
They immediately left for a trip to Detroit and middle western cities.  
Mill Miller is well known in this city and has a wide circle of friends 
who will wish her much happiness in her new life.  Frank Phillips 
conducts a stationery and art store at Lima and is one of the best 
known young business men in that city.  The newlyweds upon returning 
from their wedding trip, will reside in Lima.
