Anthony Beyer, aged 87 years, one of the pioneer residents of Zelienople, Butler
county, died at his home in that place on Sunday morning, about 9 o'clock. Death
was due to the infirmities of age. He is survived by his wife and these
children: Miss Emma, of Pittsburgh, and George and Misses Kate, Ann, Sarah and
Lulu, at home. He was an uncle of Henry H. and John F. Steving, of this place.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, and interment made in the cemetery
at Zelionople.
