Friday, 7 Dec 1906 Volume 40, Number 49 Death of Patton Man William Cole, Jr., Expired Yesterday While on Way to Philadelphia Hospital, of Epilepsy William Cole, Jr., aged about 26 years, died near Harrisburg Wednesday as he was being taken on a train to a Philadelphia hospital. Epilepsy caused his death. Mr. Cole had been suffering with the ailment since last August. He had been taking treatment from a Philadelphia specialist several weeks ago but returned to his home. He continued to grow worse and the spells came over him more frequent. Yesterday morning, accompanied by his two bothers, James and Frank Cole, he started for Philadelphia, intending to enter a Hospital there. He suffered several attacks while on the train and succumbed while nearing Harrisburg. Mr. Cole was married and is survived by his wife and an eleven-month old child. He was a son of William Cole, and with some of his brothers, had been engaged in the lumber business. His remains were brought home from Harrisburg yesterday. No funeral arrangements have been made.
